Deadline for Energy Perfomance Certificates Moved to 4th Jan 2009

Energy Perfomance Certificates (EPCs) will be compulsory for all pubs sold or let from 1st October but the Government has responded to calls from the industry led by the Morning Advertiser to introduce a transition period.
Now any pub on the market before 1st October 2008 will have until 4th January 2009 to have its EPC in place. Click the link below to read the full story:
