BII’s South East and Greater London & Essex regions join up
for a day at Charlton Athletic Football Club
The BII’s South East and Greater London & Essex regions are coming together for a mini trade fair and seminar at Charlton Athletic Football Club. The event is taking place on June 18, 2002. Last year’s event was a huge success and this year promises yet again, to be valuable day for licensees.
The day will open with a display by Grosvenor International Services who will present a typical duty using their trained proactive and passive detection dogs. A mini trade fair will take place in the morning with over 20 exhibitors who will be there with a wide range of products and services that are of interest to licensees.
Guests will then be able to relax and socialise over a buffet lunch, before John McNamara, chief executive of the BII, takes the stage to explain to delegates the expertise that the BII can offer to help improve trade and profitability in their businesses.
Phil Dixon CMBII and award winning licensee Bill Kendrick FBII will then talk to guests, on behalf of Grey Archer. Patrick Dardis, business development and marketing director at Grey Archer said: “We are delighted to be supporting the BII at its regional events and this day at Charlton looks set to provide valuable advice for licensees. The event will focus on trade building for local licensees and the benefits of using the PC as a marketing tool to raise revenue and cut costs.”
Toundjel Mahmout of the Race Relations Advisory Service will then discuss the benefits of practising equal opportunities within their businesses, and the consequences of falling foul of the law.
